Should I go to the doctor?

So, two days ago I woke up with a swollen and tender lymph node by my left jaw. Yesterday it was really bad, and had quite visible swelling. I have no other symptoms, so this was super weird, and I planned to go to the doctor today but I think the swelling has gone down somewhat. Do you think I should still go?
