Pissed off

I'm 15 weeks 4 days and I stopped smoking weed the end of November I just did some research and found out it won't be out my system for 90 days!!! Wtf I smoked for 12 years. I told my doc I quit and I know there testing me every sample I give!! I just hope they don't think I'm still smoking. 90 days from now I'll be 7 months!! I just don't want them too think ima bad parent!!! This sucks so much!! I'm glad I quit instead of listen to everyone who said I could quit at 6months!!!! Ughh any advice???
