Petechiae rash?

Okay so I started off with this first a few weeks ago….

I didn’t treat it since I thought it would go away on its own.

Now it looks like this…. ( I also have these other rashes that I started getting out of no where.. looks like petechiae right? )

I have been putting cream on it now and it seems to be fading now but does anyone know what it can be? My doctor appt is 2 weeks away and I’m worried.
