Hopefully not another chemical

So clearly there is a faint line and it popped up almost immediately. Last year I had a chemical and it really messed with my mental health so hopefully it sticks! My question is I am verrryyyy sore all over. Like a muscle soreness. Should I be worried? I am 3 days away from a period.
