Hello , I am 32 weeks pregnant and consider going vbac.., but I am nervous…

I suffer w Hemorrhoids (before pregnancy too) I mean I have to push really hard or have diarrhea to get them..

Question: if I go into labor and start pushing would I get Hemorrhoids ? That shit hurts and really considering doing another c section because I am nervous too push too hard or too much.. should I let dr know about my concern ?
