Protien powder and pcos?

Hey, I was wondering if anyone knew the best protien powder for someone who has pcos? If any one is better than the other.

I drink Shakeology and I love it, but def show the label to your doctor bc some women can't have that much vitamin A when they are pregnant!

I have pcos - and have not tried a protein shake diet. Is this something your dr recommended?
