ectopic?

how early can an ectopic pregnancy be detected? finally got a faint positive after an early m/c in Feb. but think im experiencing some symptoms of an ectopic. according to the first day of MLP im about 4 weeks. docs filled for 3 weeks and dont want to rush to E.R. if its too early to tell yet.

I had an ectopic pregnancy and I wasn't in pain at all, I had cramps like normal only on one side (left) I was dizzy and had headaches we didn't find the ectopic in ultrasound until almost 7 weeks and we did multiple ultrasounds! Maybe call and ask your Dr if you can get some labs drawn you can tell if your hcg levels aren't doubling like they are supposed to be.

I has one less than 2 months ago, i was 5/6 weeks. I had severe cramps but other than that nothing, i just thought my period was going to start at any time everyday. Mine was picked up by internal ultrasound.

Almost 2 years ago, I had an ectopic around 6-7 weeks. I had horrible cramping that lead to spotting which lead to heavy bleeding eventually.

If ur bleeding go to the e.r. and I'm sure they'll do an ultrasound. Just go to ease ur mind.
