Hello Oct ‘19 Mommas!

I’m coming on to see if anyone else son is doing this? My son loves to stick his hand down his pants and look at you and smile and he knows what he’s doing and we tell him no all the time. He is not potty trained yet, but I am wondering is this a sign of potty training? He also pulls down his pants too, we just had our second boy in May so I just don’t want to start him and him regress on us, (he has been doing this before his brother was here). I can’t get him to stop, it’s all the time and then his shirt goes down with his hand and he ends up peeing on the bottom of his shirt. Anybody have any tips or tricks? Thank you!
