Cups?

So I’ve been thinking about trying the cup and I freaked out after I tried it once and I felt like I was struggling to get it out. Are there better brands?

Hi so I just started the cup a few days ago... I had purchased 2 sizes the small cup for a low cervix and a big one for a high cervix- basically I had no clue which one was mine.... I tested the small one before my periods and had the same experience you had- the tail of the cup got lost up in there and it took me a good 5 mins and a full arm workout to get the damn thing out.. my wrist was twitching 3 days post trauma.. was so scared to re-try it again
I was so determined I went ahead and used the bigger one yesterday and I'm so happy that the tail sticks out a little more than the smaller one and since I know the cup does go up higher now I'm not as panicky as I was the first time around
also I read an article about how to get it out without the panic, I'll link it doen below if it helps.... and used the technique- help your fingers take it out like pushing a baby out with your vaginal muscles

I had the same issue until I got this cup. It has a system so that when you pull the rubber string it will release the pressure.

I look for cups like this. The ring makes it 10x better to grip. I was having the same issue. One sure thing to remember the first 5/6 times are trial and error. Get the cheap ones (20-25$) ones and just test which ones you like the best.

There are tons of different brands and styles. Which one did you try? I have the Luna cup and I had the Diva cup. I didn’t like Diva much.
