Hi I need some advice idk what to do In this situation and please tell me if I’m just being dumb and not thinking right.

I met this guy on an app a couple days back. We’ve been texting and it’s the perfect amount of texting for me, not dry at all . It’s what I want conversations to be like with a boyfriend if I had one.

The thing is though, he is looking for something serious and I kinda am too, I guess. But he isn’t working right now. He hasn’t worked for a while it looks like. He was managing hotels for his family for a while he said, now he’s looking for jobs.

He is going to an ashram for a week.

It’s nice that he’s spiritual and all that but the finance and his career part worries me?

I kind of like guys who have a job, have a career going for them. I’m 27 and I don’t want to have anything serious with anyone if they don’t have a job atleast. Like what about down the road when or if we decide to be serious and he still doesn’t have a job?

He does still live with his parents and he lives in South Dakota or something , he’s here just for a few weeks (Atlanta)

😵‍💫 what do I do? Lol. He wants to meet up but I’m just thinking of the future and the fact he doesn’t have a job. Idk when he will get a job. He is job searching.
