A/C can mess it up?
Hi, I'm waiting on my BBT but I was wondering...
My city is extremely hot, I mean like *extremely hot* we have to leave the A/C turned on at 68°F and also have the fan on directly aiming it to the bed .. (right now 9:50 pm and we're hitting the 86°F, we can go up to a 100° during the day)
Can the A/C and fan affect my BBT reading?
How can I take it properly?
