Excessive bleeding a month after abortion

I had a medical abortion may 5th. I bled heavily for about a week or two then it calmed down to pink spotting. Today as I was just walking around, I felt a gush between my legs then my pants and shoes filled with blood. I was rushed to the hospital and they gave me a Vaginal ultrasound. The ultrasound looked good, the only problem was that I was a bit anemic but not enough for a blood transfusion.They said they didn’t see anything wrong in the er. I’m so confused and afraid because I have passed 4 huge blood clots. Has anyone experienced this after a medical abortion?
