Itchy armpits

So this may sound like a stupid/silly question but has anyone else experienced itchy armpits during the first trimester? I am 7 weeks 3 days today & my armpits have been itching like crazy! I did just switch deodorants because my BO & sweat has been crazy so I’m wondering if that could contribute to it too. I’ve never experienced this!
