Burning sensation after peeing?

I have gotten 2 uti tests in the past 3 months, as well as all STI’s (including blood work). Everything came back fine yet imy urethra still burns after I pee, anyone know what this could be?

I had the same thing and got diagnosed with internal cystitis (of course I had multiple symptoms other than painful urination) It could be something as simple as a spasm, dehydration, physical irritation, or it could be something to advocate for at your doctor’s if symptoms do not improve soon.

My urethra actually closes up and it causes it to burn while I pee. Are you peeing good when you go or just a little?
