What would you do? Baby sitter?

I have a baby sitter thats been working with our family for about two months now. I had someone else but she wanted to study full time, so I had to look for someone else to help me with my now 2 year old. (He just turned two a week ago). We also have a 7 month old. Anywho, a little back story. Shes 18. She did not want to study after high school so now this is techincally her first job. She worked with a 4 yr old she said when she was 15, she was recommended to me. My parents live like 2 minutes away walking distance. My parents have a guard, his name is Claudio. They have a day guard and a night guard, claudio is there in the day he also cleans the cars, cleans the floors, etc. Hes been with us for years. I am from another country, (not from the states hence the age difference of this disgusting piece of shit) and we just moved here back home about a year ago, after we had our baby we moved back home. I know claudio for years, and i know he has like 5 children with 5 different women and stuff like that, he is also older in his late 30’s i assume. I cant believe what I saw with my eyes today. We were at my parents. My 2 yr old was holding the leash to my dog so it was the cutest thing ever, claudio was there with the baby sitter too, anyways I ran to get my phone real quick from the kitchen to snap a picture of my baby boy , and when i came back these two were kissing. My son was somewhere around them, i couldnt see him at that moment but i was very confused to say the least. I took the pictures of my son and then proceeded to ask them if they were in a relationship, and they were clearly both embarassed. She had this ashamed look on herself and just said “yes”. Meanwhile claudio was talking under his breath, not knowing what to say as I stared at the baby sitter. I didnt say anything but lowkey chuckle. I am in shock to say the least. I know he took advantage of her. He does not work for me though. Its disrespectful and the fact that shes doing that in front of my son, and in her work, like why? Do that in your own time. I have lost trust in her, almost immediately. I dont think its right. I dont think its right that thats what shes thinking about instead of thinking about taking care of my son. This is not what I want from a baby sitter, this is just not for me or my family. We have treated her like family, but i think her mind is some where else. Im not gonna be part of some fucking high school scene , specially not with my son. What are ya’lls opinion on this?
