can not get anything done 8w3d

I am 8 weeks and 3 days and I have been in bed all day and gagging all day.😳 how am i going to get through this. i got up to wash dishes and i just couldnt do it.😩 is anyone else like me? i want to be active and and workout but it doesnt seem like thats going to happen soon. any advice how to get through this?
