Will a pregnancy test register positive if I have the Mirena IUD in? 
I haven't started my period for the month of December and the only time I have ever missed a period is when I found out I was pregnant with my first child.

Hey Emily! With a Mirena in you have ~99.98% chance of not being pregnant, but if you're concerned, go ahead and take a pregnancy test! Mirenas don't create false positives.

However, if your cycle is a bit odd with Mirena, I really wouldn't worry- for some women, their period goes away entirely after some time! Hope this helps!
