expired almond milk?

hi guys. today i had the most horrible hangover and was throwing up all day and i made a smoothie a couple hours ago and the almond milk i used was absolutely rancid but i didn’t realize until i had already drank it and went to make another smoothie after and tasted the milk because the last smoothie tasted very off. it expired a month ago and it tasted absolutely disgusting and sour and i’m so paranoid i’m going to get food poisoning and be throwing up again all day tomorrow and i’m freaking out. i have a huge fear of being sick/throwing up and food poisoning and today has already dehydrated me and made me feel like shit and i’m so so worried
