10mg folic acid
I've been taking 400mcg of folic acid for 4 years. I'm now starting <a href="https://glowing.com/glow-fertility-program">IVF</a> and the clinic have advised me to take 10mg of folic acid which is a huge amount! It is 1000x the original recommended dose.
Has anyone been on this strength of folic acid?
