Controlling or no?

Do you all feel like every decision you make need to be ran by your significant other?

Yesterday my friend texted me and asked if she could ship her new kitchen set to my house because her house address isn’t available in the system yet (new development). So I said sure no problem. I tell my husband, “hey I told so and so she can ship her stuff to the house” and he gets really upset because he says I don’t talk to him about anything I do before I do it. He feel like if there is a decision to be made we should talk and come to an agreement… which I agree to some extent. However, I don’t feel like every decision warrants two ppl to say okay to. In a sense I feel like he wants me to seek his approval on everything.
