Pumping fail

lG started feeding less during the day, would go on one side for like 8 minutes then turn away. When repeatedly offered her the same side she doesn't take it. I offer her the other side, she wouldn't take that one either or just for a little bit. She still goes 2 - 2.5 hrs (counting from the start of the feed) between me offering her the breast but no luck.

I try to pump the other side or top up the tiny feeds and pump either side for another 5-10 minutes, but barely anything comes out, sometimes nothing at all.

Why doesn't she want to feed? Why has the pump stopped working? Electric/manual pumps both seem to fail.
