Insomnia??

Anyone else experiencing insomnia? Normally I’m such a heavy sleeper but the last few days I’m having the worst time falling  asleep and staying asleep 😅

I’ve been staying up later than normal, but when I sleep I’m asleep until I have to pee again 😂

It’s so frustrating! I seem to be falling asleep okay but sleeping very lightly. I feel very restless all night and I’m up super early.
