Signs of Twins???

Anyone who is pregnant with twins... Did you have any telling symptoms before your first ultrasound? If so, what were they? Twins run in my family but I don't get an ultra
Sound until I'm 10 weeks (currently 6 weeks).

I didn't have any symptoms, no morning sickness, no headaches no pain...until about 8 weeks and 3days.. and that's when the pain started to the point I had to go to the ER and that's when I found out its was twin...big surprise! !! And ever since I been sick as hell!!!

All I had was high HCG levels that wasn't matching with an US dating. No other symptoms.
