Nuva ring

Hey guys! So im lookin to switch back to hormonal birth control. Ive used paragard copper iud for 2 years, bc pils, and currently use a diaphragm with spermicide. Im looking to get the ring but wanted to see everyone’s experiences with it. Good or bad and any advice with it. I did see articles about it giving blood clots/heart attack/stroke and freaked me out a little but i know the bc carries risks to it.

Also worried about weight gain and acne. Im about 125 lbs and feel chubby as is and im hearing mixed reviews on if helping lose weight or gain weight also
