Tricks to help labor progress??

Any one know any tricks to help labor progress my bestfriend is in the worst pain from her contractions they are every 7 mins and doctors just sent her home she's only 1cm since 4am she's miserable Please Help😞

A friend told her to drink a capful of castor oil and another told her boil fresh thyme leaves with brown sugar and drink it idk how well these work but I'll let u guys know if it worked for her

I have been trying everything. Sex, spicy food, bouncing on the birthing ball, walking, climbing stairs for 3 days now... Nothing. I have had a couple girlfriends say raspberry leaf tea has gotten them to go into labor the next day. I ordered some immediately but I think they have it on the shelf at pharmacies and target. Good luck to your friend!!

I had sex, walked for 4 hrs straight ate pineapple & mango and a spicy dinner all the day I went into labor!
