High LH surge 3 days in a row.

I got my peak on cd 16, but for the past 2 days my levels are still high and they’re going back up. I’m not sure if that means I’m still ovulating or what. I’m confused are they suppose to stay high, last month mine shot straight down after my peak & this month they’re staying up there.
