Can you tell gender at 15 weeks?

Question

I went for an ultrasound at 15 weeks pregnant. I was told I was having a baby girl and the doctor said he was sure, but said he won’t put it on the official report. He said he is right 99% of the time, but I’m not so sure. I don’t want to have my hopes up and then be disappointed.

I just went yesterday at 15+1 and we could tell clear as day we’ve got a baby boy on the way. I’m sure it’s a lot easier to tell with boys though 😅 If your Dr. Is pretty sure at 15 weeks, I feel like that’s a good sign. You can always double check a couple weeks after!

Boys have very distinct parts. Girls have only 3 lines to determine gender

I found out my gender at 15wks on ultrasound and then confirmed it again at 18wks and 24wks.

In the uk you can book scans from 16 weeks to find the gender out. So I’m guessing it would be pretty accurate
