I recommend Babylist!
You can add items from anywhere on it - Amazon, Walmart, target, literally any link you can find. I have my registry on there so it’s all in one and I LOVE it!

Ok, everyone here is recommending Babylist, and it definitely has its benefits but here is my 2 cents of where Babylist fails. People have to remember once they purchase an item from their store of choice they need to go back to Babylist and mark that it was purchased, by who and from where. My friend ended up with 5 Boppys all with different barcodes (along with other multiples of items) and had to run around trying to return duplicates and some stores wouldn’t take back stuff if the item didn’t scan in their system. What I did after learning from her was make separate registries at Target, Walmart and Amazon and then link those registries to Babylist. It definitely saved on having multiples of stuff because people didn’t go back and complete the steps on Babylist.

We’re using an app called Babylist. It lets you register stuff from multiple places and puts it all on one list. And when someone goes to buy something on the list, even if you picked it out at say Target, it’ll tell them the other places it’s also available so they can chose where they want to get it.
