Any idea what this could be? It’s on my thigh. Also, I’m getting random itches all over my body. Head, arms etc

This is a scrape not herpes not shingles.

That looks like you bumped into something and scraped yourself.

I got a really bad case of shingles in 2019 and that’s probably just a scrape or a bruise from a scrape over your pants. You’d barely be able to touch it if it was shingles. I’m sure you’ll heal up in a few days :)
