Implantation?

I'm 10 days DPO and noticed this first think this morning when I wiped. I've been having a weird sensation in my lower stomach and back all day that's kinda like cramps but feel more like someone's poking me with a pencil. Also had on/off headaches, breast tenderness and extreme fatigue. I wore a panty liner and almost nothing got on it until the afternoon and it was just a couple brown spots. Now it's the evening and I haven't had any more spotting.
