Yes. And I went back several times because they’re so good at manipulating. 
It took me 3 years to finally get out & im now happily married to an amazing man with my 3rd kid on the way.

Yes. I tried so hard and put up with it for 6 years. He refused to move out of the apartment after we broke up and tried to kill me about a month after. He only tried that once. I called my best friend, who I've now been with for 6 year next month, plus 3 going on 4 kids. He showed up and stayed with me that night we started dating about 8 months later. My ex was/is terrified of him 🤣

Had a boyfriend lay hands on me once called the cops haven't spoken to him since. Been around 10 years ago.

Yep for 3 years. I left like 7 years ago and am now married and still have ptsd but so glad I left. It still haunts me he used to pick my up by the throat and lift me off the floor
