Kylenna IUD vs Mirena IUD

I got a Kylenna IUD since last year.And it’s ok but still having periods that bothers me.My gynaecologist told me with Mirena IUD ,lots of women aren’t with periods anymore.But have others side effects in the first 6 months .What was your experience?Thanks.
