IBS flare up before fresh transfer

Hi. I’ve been embryo batching due to age and mfi. I’m TTC my second. Due to the antibiotics and other medication, it has triggered IBS flare ups. I have been taking a strong probiotic for over 3 months now but when I take antibiotics my IVS worsens. My concern is I’m preparing for a fresh transfer and I’m worried IBS (diarrhoea) will affect implantation. Do you have any positive stories? Thanks
