TMI: Breast Dimple / Pucker

My left breast looks like it's starting to get a dimple. I am slightly concerned that it's early breast cancer? I just found it recently, the same breast also developed a new brown skin mark/mole within the last year. It recently looked a little scaly just over the mole. I am almost 38 weeks pregnant though, could that be the cause of the Dimple? I have breast cancer on both sides of my family as well. The Dimple is more prominent in real life.
