so i experienced one of the worst feelings last night of back ain and lower abdominal pain last night and it was just going on for a couple hours.. this is my first baby so i no nothing about what contractions are braxton hicks all that.. whats normal ans whats not.. so i called labor and delivery just to see what they say before i hall myself and my husband to the hospital for something that i can treat at home.. they told me to take 2 500mg tylonols. and give it about an hour and a half if the ppain was still there then to call back.. something about it possibly being ligament pain from

the baby stretching.. now i feel her move constantly all over and at times i do feel some pain but not like this.. took the tylonol but i feel like it just relieved my back pain but not so much the from.. i thought of smoking but i get scared if i cant feel the baby because im relaxed .. i just wanted to be able to get comfortable and sleep. am i the only one who has felt these pains around this time in pregnancy?
