Wanting a baby
Have a 14months old daughter (natural vaginal full term birth ) , trying to conceive past 7/8 months no precautions taken all the lab tests are normal have retroverted uterus upon last scan missed periods this month blood test came out to b negative checked today . increased appetite, infrequent lower abdominal cramps (like periods ) any suggestions how can I conceive or any diagnosis here ?
