I was referred to a fertility clinic that doesn't take my insurance!

I got my 3rd day bloodwork back and some of my numbers were low, including progesterone and AMH. I also have a previous history of PCOS. So my OBGYN office is referring me go a fertility clinic. I knew that this a possibility and was prepared to hear it. We've been trying since September. I had bilateral pulmonary embolisms in September of 2020 and had to wait a year before my doctors cleared me for pregnancy. We started ttc on my birthday. I'm 38.

When I called the clinic to book a consultation, I was told they do not accept my insurance. I have Medicare Advantage AARP. A consultation alone will cost me $400. Then there will be all the other testing and procedures after that. I called my doctor's office back and told the nurse that I spoke to earlier. She's going to speak to the other practitioners in the office and get back to me on Monday.

I am upset and don't know what to do. Do any fertility clinics that take Medicare exist? I feel like that's very unlikely.
