Can you drink crystal light and other stuff like crystal light while pregnant I just hate water i like flavor … will it effect the baby or pregnancy??? I also have a sch

It’s totally fine. In a healthy pregnancy you really only have to avoid alcohol, drugs, raw meat and unpasteurized dairy products. Some say deli meat and hot dogs as well 🤷‍♀️

Yep. I used mio (electrolyte one without caffeine) my whole pregnancy to help drink more water. Oddly enough, by the end and now breastfeeding I crave plain water so I know something is weird 🤣😂

Yes, but bare in mind some have around 10mg caffeine, and you should stick under 200mg per day, so if you're drinking coffee/tea just factor that in :)
