Tampon Size?

I just started wearing tampons instead of pads and I wore a tampon yesterday on a heavy period day. Should I be able to feel the heavy flow coming down just how it feels when I wear a pad? or am I wearing a wrong tampon size?

You shouldn't feel much of anything except for when it gets full.

Be careful with the super ones tho. Don’t wanna use one on a lighter day

If you have to change it less than 3 hours yu need to get the super kind. Tampons are meant to forget about a period for a good amount of hours. If yu feel something and have to keep changing it too soon yu might need a bigger size and I’d still double up on a pad

You will not feel anything unless you leak! If you feel something you’re most likely leaking. You should change it every 4-8 hours, if you’re changing it too often go up a size!

Tampon size is based on flow. If you have a heavy flow, size up. If it lightens, size down. You shouldn’t be able to feel anything.
