So confused

I haven't felt right all week. I started feeling nauseous and crampy Sunday evening and wrote it off. Monday morning the nausea continued and back pain followed. I started worrying about appendicitis when suddenly it clicked that I had been sexually active recently. I wrote it off for another day but when the nausea just got more frequent & intense on top of beginning to urinate MANY more times a day. This all seemed so obvious at this point but my lines were faint. Im gonna nest photos of the tests that finally gave me a decent +
