Where’s my period?

Period symptoms are here but no blood, I've been having more white discharge if anything.

Google says it could be my the starting of my menstrual but how can I stop the excessive

cramping yall I'm in sooo much pain. I really don't prefer pills because Aleve and Ibuprofen usually

doesn't stay down. If anyone been through this before, I know our bodies aren't the same but how

long did it take for your period to come down? Lords knows I don't want to be pregnant right now
