I just turned 12 weeks and I have been cramping for 3 days now. Constant, painful, period cramps that sometimes spread to my back. I know cramping can be normal for a growing uterus but this seems excessive. Most women I see describe their cramps as “not painful” but I’d actually say these really are. Like a really bad period cramp, wouldn’t want to have them for days on end. Should I call ob or ride it out?
