Pregnancy question

So I took like 1400 pregnancy tests all of them are positive.

This may be a stupid question but I’m definitely early on so I’m doubting if I’m pregnant. I have an ovarian cyst and read somewhere that it can cause false positives.

But I don’t have my period, I have sore boobs, extreme fatigue, morning sickness, and food adversions. My appointment to confirm is later this week but we already told my parents because I felt bad lying to them. Am I definitely pregnant?
