What are the earliest symptoms of pregnancy like 3/4 weeks as I have sex on the 19th/20th/22nd and the 23rd may, I have my implant removed on the 28th April and I have not had a period yet but can’t get a test until the 23rd June so just looking out for pregnancy symptoms just in case ?
