Mild shaken baby syndrome?

I have severe ppa and ppd 
I keep having Intrusive thoughts that last week someone shook my baby at daycare.
He’s acting fine sleeping fine laughing walking talking
I guess I can’t get over the fact if he had sbs and I didn’t know 
Would I know? Even if it’s mild? It says it can go undetected

Get him checked out and look into mental health treatment for yourself as it is exhausting to go on this way. You should also probably look into another daycare if there’s a reason not to trust the day care he is in now.

Are you being treated for your PPD and PPA? If not, make that the number one priority. If you suspect that your child has been shaken, have her seen immediately. And while you’re there, mention that it’s been an intrusive thought for you.

I’m not sure if you’d know or not but I do think if you start obsessively looking for signs, they’ll show up even if it’s just in your head and there’s nothing wrong. You could take your baby in to be checked out for piece of mind. 
I had PPD after my son was born and I have anxiety in general so I was constantly worried about him getting hurt, not breathing in his sleep, I’d make up crazy scenarios in my head where the worst happens and he’d be perfectly fine, but it made my depression worse. Talking to a therapist really helped me during the newborn phase and I’ll be seeking help earlier with this baby if I notice similar feelings.

Seems like ppa is getting the best of you in this situation. I totally understand i had awful intrusive thoughts with my daughter. You can totally go get him checked out to ease your mind.
