Help… like fr freaking out right now…

Today I notice two probably pea sized lumps on my vaginal outer lips. I am literally scared and have never experienced this before. I can’t get into my gyno til august. I don’t know what it is or what my best thing to do is. I tried getting a earlier appointment but they are booked up. I tried looking into it but so many different things popped up. Any ideas or advice on what it may be and how to get rid of it would be absolutely amazing please and thank you…
