Strange red sack or clot came out of me.

My period has been over for 4 days and I just wiped this strange small red sack. It was like a squishy sack but didn't pop when I touched it, it was a little smaller than a pea and teardrop shaped. There was a tiny bit of spotting with it but nothing else. Any idea? Unfortunately I didn't take a picture. I've also been having stomach issues with cramping and diarrhea lately, not related to my period. I don't suspect I was pregnant either. I Google early miscarriage and it didn't look like those pictures.
