Teething or sick…?

My daughter is definitely eating less. She usually nurses for 20 mins and it’s been less than 10 today and yesterday. This is my first time breastfeeding so I don’t know if she’s just becoming a more efficient eater? Does that happen?

She’s had very watery poop/diarrhea. She’s also chewing on her fists like crazy! I feel like there’s no right answer. My first had really runny poop when she was teething. And also ate less during a growth spurt. Is anyone else dealing with this at 13 weeks?
