Miscarriage or not?

Today in my ultrasound appointment they couldn’t detect the heartbeat, l i was told i have a tilted cervix, the doctor told me it might be a miscarriage 50/50 she ordered another ultrasound in 2 weeks from today. So far I don’t feel any pain or have any bleeding. Any one had a similar situation?

I was 11 weeks with no heartbeat, by 9 weeks there should be a detectable heartbeat it took my body 5 weeks too realise and start miscarrying 🫶🏼

I have a tilted uterus and that shouldn't effect the health of any pregnancies (I carried 4 pregnancies to term). How far along are you or do they think you are? It could be too early to hear the heart beat.

But did they tell u the size of the baby, I would get a 2nd opinion as well
