The same thing happened to me when I was around 37-38 weeks 🤷🏻‍♀️ it’s only ever happened when I was pregnant and I have no idea what it was or anything. But it literally lasted a couple hours one day and then was gone 🤷🏻‍♀️

Looks like scabies.

To be safe and due to the amount of things it “could” be I would mention it to your Gp or PCP. May need a swab. I get a rash similar to this from rubber gloves at work. So could likely be a contact dermatitis but as it’s on your hands and feet and you’re close to delivering I would mention it.
